Post Office appoint eCentric Switch for Money Transfers project.
eCentric Switch has been awarded the contract to develop a money order host system to serve Post Office agents.
The system will record money transfer sends from appointed agents Point-of-Sale and then authorize the money order received against a valid transaction number and customer selected PIN.
A key requirement of the project is it complies with the Financial Services Centre (FICA) regulations to regulate the value of money orders that any individual can send in a monthly period.
